The Servant and Leadership Training Ministry (S.A.L.T.) is designed to train and develop Christian leaders at all levels in the art of Servant-Leadership. S.A.L.T.’s primary goal is to provide a wholesome and quality environment where leaders are welcome to discover and learn about the critical learning skills and abilities necessary for effective 21st Century leadership.

S.A.L.T. is committed to providing each leader with the specific ministry tools and resources necessary to aid them in becoming world-class Christian Servant-Leaders. S.A.L.T. has the awesome responsibility in overseeing the leadership well-being of Ministers (Ordained, Licensed and In-Training), Deacons (Ordained and In-Training) and anyone who has expressed their call to Christian Servant-Leadership.
