We will recognize The Life’s 2023 High School graduates on JUNE 25, 2023. **NEW DATE**
All graduates should provide the following by June 6th via the form below.
- 1 Baby photo
- 1 Cap & Gown or Senior Photo
- 1-2 additional photos
- A listing of any special awards and scholarships
- A video, without added music or text, stating your Name, High school and future plans (optional)
